In this two-part online workshop, participants will apply new concepts to old problems, creating solutions that will drive employee engagement, boost client success, build innovative leadership styles, and improve processes from start to finish.
How is your company culture supporting or hindering your ability to adapt to sudden disruption? Leadership at all levels is critical to building and maintaining a positive culture. Explore practical ways to influence factors of company culture, including performance management, behavioral norms, communication skills, and handling conflict. All participants will receive their own personalized Six Seconds SEI Emotional Intelligence Leadership assessment.

Format: Two 2-hour labs + 1:1 assessment debrief meeting
Friday, May 8, 8:30-10:30 AM – Session I
May 8-21 – individual 1:1 assessment debrief meetings with Amy Kesling, Six Seconds certified EQ assessor
Friday, May 22, 8:30-10:30 AM – Session II
Attendance at both sessions plus a 45-minute one on one assessment debrief meeting is required.
