How many times have we heard: “That’s how we do things!”? This statement reflects institutional biases that lurk in our organizations.
Join fellow Madison-area professionals as Step Up: Equity Matters delves deep into the biases that perpetuate workplace inequities. Deconstructing Institutional Bias, a Step Up Workshop, will teach you how to recognize biases within your business that create barriers for equity and give you the know-how to address and challenge them. You’ll leave energized and equipped to make your company a more inclusive and equitable organization.
Lead Facilitator Carolina Bailey will guide you through this in-depth workshop along with Amy Kesling.
