Shelly is a Learning and Development coordinator and facilitator with significant experience in the education and healthcare industries. As an educator and lifelong learner, she believes in the power of education to help individuals reach their full potential. This not only changes their life but the lives of future generations.
Shelly has a Master’s degree in Sociology from UW-Madison. Having spent much of her career teaching Sociology and diversity courses, she has a strong interest in understanding and combating systemic inequities. Shelly also has significant experience as an administrator and leader. She was a graduate of the Wisconsin Leadership Development Institute. She understands the important role that organizational leaders play in setting the tone and developing policies to create more equitable and inclusive organizations. She also brings expertise in survey research, data analysis, facilitation, mentoring and informal coaching.
Shelly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, learning about new cultures, hiking, playing pickleball and enjoying the outdoors.
